Margaux joined the team in May 2026, having previously practised at firms of international standing. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024, she advises both French and international clients in French and English, assisting them across the full spectrum of employment and social protection law, in both advisory and contentious matters.
Her practice covers all areas of employment and social security law, with a particular focus on complex individual negotiations, remuneration and working time issues, as well as collective labour relations and restructuring projects. Whatever the matter, she works alongside her clients to help them strike the best balance between their business and social objectives.
