Marijke Granier-Guillemarre founded MGG Legal in April 2010 and was also behind the creation of the international network ELLINT in 2013, of which she is a board member.
Working equally fluently in French, English and German, Marijke has acquired extensive experience in the employment aspects of corporate restructuring and labour relations in the context of such operations. She assists French and foreign groups with company acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations.
Foreign companies wishing to set up in France regularly call on her services. She has expertise in labour law issues within public companies with special status. Marijke also specialises in CSR, social risk prevention and executive liability, particularly in risky or crisis situations, as well as in optimising executive compensation, particularly in the context of LBOs. Her main clients operate in the industrial, transport, metallurgy, IT, tourism and finance sectors.
She has been an EFB-qualified investigating solicitor since 2024.
She is a member of the Ellint Prize jury. She is a member of the AvoSial, ACE (Avocats Conseil d’Entreprise), ABA (American Bar Association), Lancaster, EELA (European Employment Lawyer Association) and Global Summit of Women associations.
